One of my arguably weirder obsessions is a Facebook group I started a few years back that’s dedicated to collecting handwritten Grateful Dead set lists – specifically not cassette covers. We’re looking to collect those lists that are sometimes so messy they are hard to read. You’ve seen them (or written them); The ones that gets messier and slantier as the night goes on, the ones written on matchbooks, napkins, or ticketstubs, or even those that are meticulously copied into your tour book next morning. The diarist in me is fascinated by these things because SO many people wrote setlists! My wild dream here – that someday we’ll find we have gathered a handwritten set list for every Dead show they ever did! Wouldn’t that be an amazing coffee table book?

It’s true, I am, through and through, a Road Trip girl.
The highway is my happy place.
Combine that with my diary writing habit and it’s no surprise that I create blank books aimed specifically at Road Trips.
I make Skull themed blank books also.
